HOW TO RETURN

We make an effort to ensure every customer is happy with Mesmooth beauty device. In the case you would like to return your device, a gentle reminder that:

  • We only accept returns for manufacturing defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.

  • You are only eligible to return your device if its within 1 year warranty period from date of purchase, and we will replace your faulty device with a new one.

  • We currently do not accept any refunds for returned items even when its unopened.


Now that you've confirmed you are eligible for return, please follow our simple step by step guide below.


Step 1: Email us at my.mesmooth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Step 2: We will require you to provide photo/video if you are returning a damaged item or if something has gone wrong with the device. Please note that the device has 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase, against defect due to faulty workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect.


Step 3: You will need to post your device back to us.


Step 4: Please send us the shipping tracking number so we are able to track your package whereabouts.


Step 5: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it has manufacturing defect, we will deliver a brand new device to you. Please note that this will take about 5-10 working days.
