DOES THIS DEVICE COME WITH WARRANTY?
MeSmooth Beauty Device has 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase, against defect due to faulty workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. We will replace your device with a new one once we confirm that it's a manufacturing defect.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay via credit card (Visa or Master).
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We currently only provide standard delivery for a flat rate of RM15 on top of device price.

It will take us 1-2 business days to process your order, and shipping will take 5-7 business days for West Malaysia, and 5-11 business days for East Malaysia. Business days does not include National Holidays.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Go to the menu bar at the top of the page and click 'Shop'.
2. Select your device and click on it
3. Enter quantity and click 'Add to Cart'
4. Go to your cart and click 'check out'
5. Make payment and wait for confirmation email
6. You will be notified via email once your device is shipped
CAN I RETURN OR REFUND MY ORDER?
We only accept return if the device has manufacturing defects, please see our return policy page for more details. We currently do not accept any refund for returned or unwanted items. If your device has a defect that is covered under warranty, we will replace a new one for you.
